I live in Arizona, and when my parents had to sell their house in Sterling after a medical incident, I knew I needed someone I could trust completely. But where to start? My dad is retired Navy, so I started by reaching out to a Veteran’s referral group, and that’s how I was introduced to Pam. What a blessing that introduction turned out to be!

Selling or buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences a family can go through. Doing both at the same time is even more challenging. Pam and Scott did an excellent job guiding us through the process and helping us navigate all the details. From preparing our old home for sale to purchasing our new one, everything went smoothly and without any significant issues.
Where the Krause Team truly shined was in maintaining open communications throughout the entire process. My wife and I are former military (Go Army!), and we retired in the Northern Virginia area. We had lived in our home for over 20 years, so the idea of moving brought back memories of the stress that comes with a military move. The Krauses’ previous military experience was an added bonus and gave us even more confidence throughout the process.
